Welcome to Spatial Web Shooter, a mixed reality game available on Meta Quest devices (Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3, Meta Quest 3S, Meta Quest Pro). By using this game (“Service”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Spatial Web Shooter solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian's permission.

3. Virtual Items and In-Game Currency

Spatial Web Shooter includes fictional in-game currency (“Web Point”) and unlockable items such as Mystery Boxes and Props. These virtual items:

• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Cannot be sold, transferred, or refunded.
• May be changed or removed at any time as part of gameplay updates or balancing.

4. Safety Disclaimer

This is an immersive physical experience. You are responsible for maintaining awareness of your surroundings during gameplay. The developer is not liable for any physical injuries, property damage, or accidents caused by misuse or unsafe play.

5. Intellectual Property

All game content, including visuals, sounds, and code, is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or modify any part of the game without explicit permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the game for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Modify or attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Use unauthorized cheats, exploits, or hacks.

7. Termination

The developer reserves the right to terminate this license in case of violation of these Terms.

8. Updates and Changes

The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the game after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
