Spatial Web Shooter – Privacy Policy

Spatial Web Shooter is a single-player mixed reality game developed by Jingzhou Chen for Apple Vision Pro. We take your privacy seriously. This privacy policy explains how Spatial Web Shooter handles information.

Overview

Spatial Web Shooter does not require an internet connection for core gameplay. Features such as Leaderboards and Achievements use Apple GameKit services and involve limited data processing.

Data Collection

Spatial Web Shooter requests access to limited Apple GameKit data when using Leaderboards and Achievements.

This may include:

• Player Identifier – used to identify your account for leaderboard rankings and achievement tracking.
• Display Name – used to display your name on leaderboards.

This data is used solely to enable leaderboard rankings, display player identities, and track achievement progress across the game's various modes, including the five main challenge modes and the 15 skill trials within the "Sink or Swing" mode.

Local Data Storage

The game stores basic gameplay data locally on your device, such as scores and progress. This data remains on your device and is removed when the app is uninstalled.

Data Deletion

All gameplay data stored locally on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Leaderboard scores and achievement records are stored and managed by Apple GameKit services and are linked to your Apple account. This game does not store or retain this data on its own servers.

If you wish to request deletion of your leaderboard data, you can contact the developer directly at tan9ochen+leaderboardvp@gmail.com. The developer can assist in removing your leaderboard data using Apple's developer platform.

Mixed Reality Features

Spatial Web Shooter uses Apple Vision Pro's mixed reality capabilities to deliver an immersive experience. All data described below is processed locally on your device and is not stored or transmitted externally:

• Hand Tracking: Hand data is used to detect gestures such as shooting, fist, and open hand. This enables web-shooting interactions within the game.
• World Sensing: World-sensing data is used to detect surfaces, props, and surrounding objects, allowing webs to wrap around your environment and props to move and collide naturally. All detection and physics calculations are performed on-device.
• Passthrough: Displays the real world during gameplay. No passthrough imagery is captured, stored, or transmitted—everything is processed in real time on-device.

Children’s Privacy

Spatial Web Shooter is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from users under 13. Since the game collects no personal data, no child’s information is stored or tracked.
